Bernard Lavallée, also known by his pseudonym, le nutritionniste urbain, has always been passionate about gardening. For him, the links between nutrition and growing vegetables and fruits in the garden are very clear. For this reason, in 2015, he began developing gardening-related products that aimed to showcase the work of Quebec's artisanal seed growers.
The seeds come from a growing network of exceptional seed growers who want to preserve Quebec's food heritage.
