Returns & Refunds

We want every experience with B Factory to be a positive one. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help and will always do our best to find a fair solution.

Non-Food Items

If you've changed your mind about a purchase, we are happy to accept returns on unused, non-food items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging the return shipment.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Food & Grocery Items

Food safety is important to us. Because consumable products cannot be resold once returned, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food, beverages, refrigerated products, or other consumable items once they have left our store.

If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos, lot numbers, or additional information to help us investigate the issue with the manufacturer.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Because taste and personal preferences vary, we are unable to offer refunds on opened food products simply because the flavour, texture, aroma, or appearance did not meet expectations.

Every concern is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will always do our best to find a fair solution.
