Shipping policy
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
We ship anywhere in Canada, the US. We use Canada Post and UPS. Options are available for the customer to choose according to price and shipping times.
Delivery Terms

- Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
- Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the type of service you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
- Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of order
Our store operates on Tuesday - Friday 10am - 6pm, except on national holidays at which time the store will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
- Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
- Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, and will not be restocked within 2 – 3 days, we will cancel and refund the out- of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
- Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.Â
- Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. Once it leaves our atelier, your package is in the hands of Canada Post (or another carrier), and we rely on their tracking information to ensure safe delivery.
If your package hasn’t arrived:

Check your tracking number for the latest updates.

Look around your delivery area — sometimes parcels are tucked in a safe spot or left with a neighbour.

Check with your local post office — they can often confirm if your package was held or delivered to the wrong address.
If the carrier’s tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact Canada Post directly to open a service ticket. They can investigate with your local delivery depot and provide the most accurate information.
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, B Factory unfortunately cannot be held responsible for missing or stolen packages.

If the carrier confirms that your package was lost in transit (never delivered), we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.
