Giving samples of honey to customers and watching their expressions of delight is one of my favourite things. We have partnered with our Sainte-Anne neighbours, Le Bienheureux to bring you a 90-minute exploration into honey.
Come and taste 6 of our honeys, compare and contrast their aroma, colour and taste. Experience them with harmonious food pairings, and bring home sample jars to continue your exploration at home.
